The Diamond Rewards Program is subject to these Program Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into the Diamond Rewards Program by reference and may be made available at https://www.paragontheaters.com/rewards/rules.
To become a Diamond Rewards Member, an eligible individual must register online at https://www.paragontheaters.com/rewards.
Qualifying points begin accruing after registration. Purchases made before registration are not eligible for points.
Points from qualifying purchases at Paragon Theaters will be added to the Member’s Diamond Rewards Account in accordance with these rules. A Member must complete registration before points or rewards may be redeemed.
Diamond Rewards Membership is open to residents of the United States or United States Territories who are 13 years of age or older.

Welcome Benefits
Upon registering as a new Diamond Rewards Member through www.paragontheaters.com, the Member will receive:
The free rewards ticket and free small popcorn will be added to the Member’s account after registration.
The five starter rewards points will be added after the Member completes the Member’s first qualifying transaction.
Members are not required to wait 24 hours before redeeming a reward once it is available in their account. However, rewards and points may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Members earn points based on the qualifying amount paid in a transaction and the Member’s active membership tier at the time of purchase.
There is no daily limit on the number of qualifying points a Member may earn from eligible transactions.
Points are not earned for the free portion of a transaction, including admissions obtained through complimentary passes, re-admission tickets, free ticket rewards, or free concession rewards.
To earn points at a theater, a Diamond Rewards Member must provide the Member’s account number, registered phone number, or registered email address to the cashier when purchasing qualifying tickets or concession items.
When purchasing through www.paragontheaters.com or a participating ticket kiosk, the Member must be signed in to the Member’s Diamond Rewards Account.
Only one Diamond Rewards Account may be associated with each qualifying transaction.
Points and rewards may take up to 24 hours to appear in the Member’s account.
Diamond Rewards Members may earn points on qualifying Lux Box food and beverage purchases, including eligible purchases made through the in-seat QR ordering system.
The Member must use or identify the Member’s Diamond Rewards Account as required during the ordering process for the transaction to qualify.
Redeem Your Points
The $5 reward voucher may be applied toward qualifying ticket or concession purchases.
$5 reward vouchers do not expire.
More than one $5 reward voucher may be applied to the same qualifying transaction.
The value of a voucher cannot exceed the eligible purchase amount. Reward vouchers have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
A reward voucher may take up to 24 hours to appear in the Member’s account after the Member reaches the applicable point threshold.
Celebrate With Paragon
Every registered Diamond Rewards Member will receive one free standard movie ticket on the birthday registered to the Member’s account.
The birthday ticket expires 90 days after it is credited to the Member’s account.
The birthday reward is valid for one standard ticket. Applicable surcharges must be paid when the ticket is used for Lux Box seating or any other premium format or experience.
The Member must have a valid birth date registered in the Member’s profile before the birthday reward is issued.
Membership Levels
A Member’s membership year begins on the Member’s original signup date and continues for 12 months through the Member’s anniversary date.
All new Members begin at the Diamond tier.
An earned tier begins when the Member reaches the applicable point threshold.
When a Member reaches Double Diamond, the Member will receive one Night at the Movies for Two reward.

When a Member reaches Triple Diamond, the Member will receive one Night at the Movies for Three reward.
The reward includes:
Each Night at the Movies reward expires 90 days after it is credited to the Member’s account.
The reward is issued when the Member reaches the applicable tier and may take up to 24 hours to appear in the Member’s account.
Availability, reservation, format, and location restrictions may apply.
Member Wednesdays
Registered Diamond Rewards Members are eligible to purchase qualifying movie tickets for $6 on Wednesdays.
Applicable seating, auditorium, and premium-format surcharges may apply to the $6 ticket price.
Diamond Rewards Members also receive 10% off concession purchases on Wednesdays.
There are no product restrictions on the 10% Wednesday concession discount.
The Member must identify the Member’s Diamond Rewards Account or be signed in to the Member’s account when completing the transaction.
Account Assistance
A registered Diamond Rewards Member who did not receive points for a qualifying transaction may email questions@paragontheatres.com.
The Member should include a copy of the receipt or relevant transaction information, along with the email address or phone number associated with the Member’s Diamond Rewards Account.
Missing-point requests are subject to transaction verification and program eligibility.

Additional Terms
Diamond Rewards points, tickets, vouchers, tier benefits, and other rewards have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, copied, or reproduced unless expressly permitted by Paragon.
Rewards are valid until the expiration date shown in the Member’s account. Certain rewards, including new-member tickets, birthday tickets, and Night at the Movies rewards, expire 90 days after they are credited.
Other rewards may have different expiration terms. The expiration date displayed in the Member’s account will control.
Paragon Theaters reserves the right to change, alter, suspend, or discontinue the Diamond Rewards Program, its benefits, its point structure, its tier structure, or its reward structure at any time, subject to applicable law.
Paragon Theaters also reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or cancel an individual membership when fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or a violation of the Program Rules is suspected or identified.
Paragon assumes no liability for changes to the Diamond Rewards Program or its benefits to the fullest extent permitted by law.
