Online Refunds
Tickets purchased online may be canceled and refunded online up to 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime.
Paragon Theaters Refund Policy
Tickets purchased at the box office may be refunded at the box office on the day of the show, prior to the scheduled showtime.
If you need to change your seats or switch to a different showtime, please visit the box office before your scheduled showtime.
Refunds and exchanges are not available after the scheduled showtime.
Please note that online ticket purchases are subject to a per-ticket convenience fee, which is non-refundable.
